What is Luc?
Luc is the Secret support tied to the AFK chamber, and the same name is used for the lobby AFK NPC. The drop does not include a published cycle length, so the percent is per cycle, not per minute.

How do you get Luc?
AFK chamber reward cycle, about 0.55% in launch tests.
How do you use Luc?
A reason to AFK if you still lack Broly or Gojo. He is not a substitute for Speedwagon's published income number, which was measured on Speedwagon only.
